Guest Services
Our Guest Services are here to make your visit enjoyable. The Guest Services Desk, is located outside Newpark Medical Centre and staffed from 10:00am to 3.00pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
The Centre Management Office is located across from The Reject Shop and is open from 10.00am to 3.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Please be aware the Centre Management Office is not open on Sundays, public holidays or during late night trading.
Your safety and comfort are important to us, and we proudly provide security at Hawaiian’s Newpark.
JP Service (Justice of the Peace)
Need official documents witnessed or certified? Hawaiian’s Newpark offers a convenient Justice of the Peace (JP) service to support our local community with important paperwork.
JP Alan Phillips is now available in‑centre every Tuesday from 3:00pm to 6:00pm located at the Guest Services desk, providing assistance with a range of document services including witnessing documents, statutory declarations, affidavits and more.
The JP service is free to use for customers who need documents signed or certified without the hassle of booking appointments elsewhere.
We’re proud to offer this valuable community service at Hawaiian’s Newpark.
Parking
Parking is available off Marangaroo Drive and Templeton Crescent, Girrawheen. For your shopping convenience, we are pleased to offer free parking.
Parents Room
We welcome families to Hawaiian’s Newpark and for your convenience, we are pleased to offer a clean and safe Parents’ Room, located close to the public toilets, next to The Reject Shop. We encourage families to use the Parents’ Room to care for young children and babies.
First Aid
In the event of a medical emergency, a defibrillator is located adjacent to public toilet corridor in the main mall, and a first aid kit is located at the Guest Services Desk.
Lost & Found
Lost and found items are located at the Guest Services Desk.
Pet Friendly
We understand dogs are part of the family, please keep dogs leashed and under control when dining in the alfresco area.
Service dogs are welcome in the Centre.
Post Box
An Australia Post Office Parcel Box is located near Revo Fitness and also within the Australia Post office within the centre and outside Supa Valu.
