Our Guest Services are here to make your visit enjoyable. The Guest Services Desk, located inside the mall near Esprezzo, is open from 10.00am to 3.00pm, Tuesday to Friday. Please be aware this office is not open on Sundays, Public Holidays or during late night trading. Your safety is important to us and we proudly provide security throughout Hawaiian’s Noranda.

Parking
Parking is located off Benara Road and McGilvray Avenue. We are pleased to offer complimentary car parking for up to 3 hours. Our car park is monitored by Parking Enforcement Services.
For Families
We welcome families to Hawaiian’s Noranda and for your convenience we are pleased to offer a clean and safe Parents’ Room. Located off the corridor near Esprezzo, the complimentary facilities are equipped with a baby change table. We encourage families to use the Parents’ Room to care for young children and babies.
