At Pietro Gelateria we aim to bring the best of the traditional Italian gelateria to Perth, to showcase local produce using authentic and traditional techniques. This is gelato not ice cream; less fat, less air, more flavour, more delight!

We churn our unique recipes daily, using fresh and natural ingredients with no commercial flavourings or artificial additives. Presenting them to you in tubs for purchase in a cone or cup, frozen onto a stick or as one of our custom made cakes to help you celebrate any occasion.

Our coffee is roasted by Dukes Coffee and poured through our wonderful La Marzocco espresso machine, providing that strong Italian coffee taste. We also make Sicilian granita, made with real seasonal fruit, nuts or coffee and frozen perfectly to create the ultimate summer beverage.
