Looking for a midweek motivator? Rocky Ridge Brewery and F45 Duncraig have teamed up to bring the community together every Wednesday afternoon.

The weekly run kicks off at 5:00pm from F45 Duncraig, welcoming runners of all levels for a relaxed, social run. The route finishes at Rocky Ridge, where participants can wind down and enjoy half‑price beers as a well‑earned post‑run reward.
