Hawaiian’s new sustainable CBD building granted development approval

Hawaiian are pleased to announce, along with our investment partner Brookfield Properties, that we have received Development Approval for a new sustainable timber building within the Bishops See heritage precinct.
The boutique 10-storey building, located on the corner of Spring Street and Mounts Bay Road, aims to be market leading by delivering a product that lowers its environmental footprint both during construction and operations. From a sustainability perspective, a 5.5 star NABERS rating, 6 star Green Star rating and IWBI WELL Gold Core rating are being targeted.
Nestled within a picturesque garden setting, the premium timber building will have a total gross floor area of over 9,800sqm and includes a spacious lobby, premium end of trip facilities and a stunning rooftop terrace with views across Kings Park and the Swan River.
