Hawaiian Celebrates Double Win at WA Property Awards

Hawaiian is proud to celebrate a major achievement at the Property Council of Australia’s 2026 WA Property Awards, taking home two category wins that recognise the strength of our people, partnerships and community impact.
The awards, announced on Friday night, recognised Hawaiian in the following categories:
- Team of the Year: Claremont Quarter
- Community Engagement: Hawaiian’s West Coast Eagles AFLW Community Clinic
Adding to the celebration, the Claremont Quarter team will now progress to the national Property Council Innovation & Excellence Awards in Sydney in November, representing both Hawaiian and Western Australia on the national stage.
For Hawaiian Chief Operating Officer Beau Waters, the recognition reflects something deeper than award wins alone.
“Achievements like these don’t happen in isolation,” Mr Waters said.
“They reflect the passion, care and collaboration we see across our business every day. They speak to people supporting one another, stepping up and working together. That is something that makes Hawaiian special and it’s something we are proud of.”
Claremont Quarter recognised as Team of the Year

Hawaiian and West Coast Eagles AFLW Community Clinic recognised for community engagement
Hawaiian’s West Coast Eagles AFLW Community Clinic was recognised for its meaningful grassroots engagement, delivered in partnership with the West Coast Eagles AFLW team.
As Hawaiian’s inaugural AFLW Coaches Partner, the initiative extended beyond sponsorship to create genuine opportunities for connection in our local communities.
The clinics brought together aspiring young female football players, volunteer coaches, community sporting clubs, retailers and Hawaiian teams in shared experiences centred around confidence, belonging and participation.
The program was built on a simple belief that local sporting clubs play a vital role in bringing communities together and creating opportunities for young people to grow, connect and thrive.
By creating access to a meaningful experience and positive role
models, the initiative strengthened community connection while reinforcing Hawaiian’s commitment to supporting the neighbourhoods it operates within.
Mr Waters said the recognition was a reflection of Hawaiian’s ongoing focus on creating meaningful impact through people and place.
