8 Jun 2020

Luxury shoe and leather products brand, ECCO today opens its first West Australian flagship store at Claremont Quarter today.

The opening will mark the 35th ECCO store location in Australia.

Scott Greenwood, General Manager of Hawaiian Shopping Centres said, “Claremont Quarter is delighted to have ECCO join its retailers. ECCO is recognised for its exceptional quality shoes and leather goods and Claremont Quarter is proud to be able to offer this leading European brand to our customers.”

Situated within the luxury shopping precinct, the 57 square metre concept store presents itself in a natural Scandinavian way, in-line with the spirit of ECCO’s premium collections. The pristine interior and minimalist fixtures, in combination with an oak and grey colour scheme, create the perfect stage for ECCO’s expansive product portfolio.

The prime location invites new consumers to explore the brand and existing customers of the Claremont Quarter to browse the curated selection of leather goods, including shoes, handbags and wallets.

ECCO Head of Direct to Consumer (Retail, Marketing and Ecommerce) Jeff Karger said the Danish brand was excited to open at Claremont Quarter, having enjoyed success with its wholesale partners and venture into DFO Perth.

“It was always our intention to expand within WA after the DFO opening, due to the demand of full price and new season product,” said Mr Karger.

“Our aim is to push for a balanced store portfolio, which includes brand building boutiques, suburban malls, street locations and outlets. We were waiting for the right time and location and now we finally have it.”

ECCO is one of the world’s leading shoe brands combining style and comfort. ECCO’s success is built on products with a great fit and top-quality leathers.
