- Northern Amenities Refresh – a full refurbishment of our Northern amenities, delivering a more modern and comfortable space
- Centre stays open – it’s business as usual, with no disruption to retailer trading throughout the upgrade
- Alternative amenities available – located inside the centre to the left of Coles, near Sushi Time, with clear directional signage to help you find your way

What works are happening at Hawaiian’s Park Centre?
We’re enhancing our amenities as part of our ongoing investment in creating an even better shopping experience. The refreshed facilities will provide a more contemporary, comfortable and welcoming environment for our customers and community.
Is the shopping centre still open?
Yes. The centre remains open as usual and will not disrupt retailer trading throughout the upgrade.
Where can I access amenities during the works?
Alternative amenities are available inside the centre, located to the left of Coles, near Sushi Time. They will remain fully operational. There will be clear directional signage installed throughout the centre to help direct you there.
Are accessible amenities still available?
Yes. Accessible amenities remain available throughout the works, with signage directing you to the nearest facilities.
Are parent and baby facilities still available?
Yes. Parent facilities will continue to be available during the project.
How long will the works take?
The amenity upgrade will be delivered in three stages. Subject to construction conditions, we anticipate the schedule to be as follows:
- Stage 1: Northern Amenities Refresh: August to December 2026
- Stage 2: Southern Back-of-House Refresh: Anticipated from February to mid-2027
- Stage 3: Centre Management Office Refresh: Anticipated from mid-2027
Will the works affect my visit?
While you may notice some construction activity and occasional noise, we’re working to minimise disruption so you can continue to enjoy your visit to the centre.
Will works impact parking?
Customer parking, centre entrances and retailer access will remain open throughout the project, and we expect impacts on day-to-day trading to be minimal.
Will all stores remain open?
All retailers can continue trading as usual throughout the project.
