We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve officially submitted a Development Application for an exciting al fresco upgrade with the City of Wanneroo, to breathe new life into our much-loved Hawaiian’s Newpark!

Imagine an inviting al fresco space, with comfortable seating, lush greenery, ambient lighting and eye-catching signage – all coming together to transform our space into a vibrant neighbourhood centre.

As part of this project, we are also planning to introduce new hospitality offerings to enhance and embrace the diversity of the local Girrawheen community. 

These major changes, combined with internal ambience enhancements and upgrades to the main centre entrances, will significantly contribute to the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the centre and strengthen the sense of community at our neighbourhood centre.

The planned changes to transform Hawaiian’s Newpark into a dynamic neighbourhood centre is underpinned by our commitment to the community and will enrich the centre experience.
