Following months of planning and our successful Development Application to deliver a dynamic alfresco space, we’re thrilled to announce that construction will commence this week!
During the first phase of works, you’ll notice construction fencing on the Templeton Street side of the centre. The map outlines the impacted construction zones and marks the area that will be transformed into a dynamic alfresco space for our neighbourhood to enjoy.
While the fencing is in place, Banh Mi Vung Tau, Success Tax Professionals and Hai Ha Money Transfer will still be open and trading. Please continue to support them during this period.
The Alfresco and Centre Upgrade Project is expected to be completed towards the end of 2024.
