The Guest Services Desk, located at the Coles side of the Centre outside Williams Meats, is open Tuesday to Saturday 10.00am to 3.00pm.
Please be aware the Guest Services Desk is not available on Mondays, Sundays, Public Holidays or during late night trading.
Your safety is important to us and we proudly provide security which can be contacted by phoning 0450 902 773.
Parking is available off Strelitzia Avenue, Forrestfield. We are pleased to offer complimentary car parking. We offer 865 car parking bays, so you’ll always find a park.
We encourage guests to spend time at our centres.
We proudly offer the Junction and outdoor playground area for guests and their children.
We also offer a kids’ indoor playroom for children aged 5 and below.
Crumpet Creek runs alongside the centre & Forrestfield Public Library is located on Strelitzia Ave with a pedestrian walk through to the centre.
We welcome families to Hawaiian Forrestfield and for your convenience we are pleased to offer a clean and safe Parents’ Room. Located near Woolworths, we encourage families to use the complimentary facilities to care for young children and babies.

A First aid kit is located in the Centre Management Office, at the Guest Services Desk and also in the security/cleaners offices.
Basic first aid is available at Priceline Pharmacy.
Hawaiian's Forrestfield offers wheelchair service. Please visit our Guest Services Desk to book a wheelchair from Monday to Saturday, or alternatively, with security on Sundays and public holidays. If you visit the centre regularly, we can arrange to have a recurring booking for you.
Mobility scooters are welcome in the Centre. We kindly ask guests using mobility scooters to operate them in a safe manner. They are not to be driven or used at a pace faster than walking pace.
