A huge congratulations to Telethon on another successful year in smashing their fundraising record over the weekend with more than $62 million raised to go towards sick children.

We are proud to announce that Hawaiian donated $600k to the institute to revolutionise immunotherapy for childhood cancers, hosted an event in Chittering for Telethon’s major donors, gifted Giving Boxes full of toys to the little Telethon stars on top of raising money to donate through our suburban ‘Tap & Play for Telethon’ campaign in our centres.

We also had Hawaiian staff volunteer in the call centre, taking donations over the phones from 6:30pm to 10:30pm to assist in reaching the overall money record.

A huge effort by all that will go a long way to helping those in need.
