Meet our fantastic new neighbours – Paul, Shivin, & Nabil!

Siblings Paul and Nabil share a long-standing friendship with Shivin. The brothers themselves are experienced restauranteurs, successfully running Charcoal Chicken in Dianella until they sold the business in 2019. With a rich history in the business, this partnership is no stranger to culinary excellence. Paul in particular drawing inspiration from his family’s extensive restaurant ownership, launching and managing various businesses across Perth.

Paul and Shivin had always dreamed of working together, which seemed like a distant reality… until now!

The partnership of Paul, Shivin and Nabil through their creation ‘Pauly’s Chicken & Ribs’ has brought a vibrant energy to the centre. Not to mention the food is incredible! Surprisingly, Shivin is not just a business whiz, he’s also a registered builder and architect by trade, leveraging his skills to enhance the restaurant fit out experience.
