We are thrilled to announce some exciting leadership changes and the launch of a dedicated Community Department, reinforcing our company purpose to “enrich the lives of others by creating meaningful and positive contributions to the community.”
Leadership Appointments:
· Russell Gibbs will transition to Chair of the Hawaiian Business overseeing the operations of Hawaiian.
· Richard Kilbane will become our new CEO after 19 years with Hawaiian, including over three years as COO. Richard’s experience and understanding of our values position him perfectly to lead us into a new era of growth and community impact.
· Beau Waters joins us as the new COO, bringing over 20 years of experience in leadership and community advocacy. Beau has been recognised for his community work, winning the AFL’s Jim Stynes Community Award.
We are also excited to announce the establishment of a new Community Department, headed by Leah Royle, who will transition to the role of General Manager of Community. This unit will focus on driving impactful community initiatives and fostering sustainable growth.
