Perth first cheese lab opens at Hawaiian's Park Centre

La Delizia Latticini has opened its doors at Hawaiian’s Park Centre, offering fresh, handmade Italian style cheeses, including fresh Mozzarella.

The artisan cheeses, along with a list of delectable antipasti will be handmade in store daily by an Italian award winning cheese maker Antonio Caroli aka, ZIO BELLO! who recently relocated from Puglia, South of Italy to the Perth area.

With La Delizia Latticini, all its cheeses are hand crafted in the store’s cheese lab daily, using traditional Italian methods and only WA local produce. The store design provides a unique glimpse into the cheese lab via large viewing windows, providing customers the opportunity to watch the cheese making process and interact with the cheese maker, you might even be lucky enough to get a try!
