Guest Services
Our Guest Services are here to make your visit enjoyable.
The Guest Services Desk, located in front of The Reject Shop is open Tuesday to Saturday from 10.00am to 3.00pm.
Please be aware the Guest Services Desk is not available on Mondays, Sundays, Public Holidays or during late night trading.
Your safety is important to us and we proudly provide security which can be contacted by phoning 0424 667 776.
Parking
Parking is located off Guildford Road, Old Perth Road, West Road and Whitfield St. We are pleased to offer complimentary car parking for up to 4 hours. Our car park is monitored by Secure Parking.

Parks/Family Friendly
We encourage guests to spend time at our Centres.
We proudly offer The Garden, our eco-friendly outdoor community space for guests to relax.
We are pleased to also offer an indoor playground, located in front of Subway.
Parents Room
We welcome families to Hawaiian’s Bassendean and we are pleased to offer a clean and safe Parents’ Room, equipped with a baby change table. We encourage families to use the complimentary facilities to care for babies and young children.
First Aid
In the event of a medical emergency, a defibrillator is located on the wall between The Lucky Charm newsagency and Bassendean Meats.
A First aid kit is located at the Guest Services Desk.
Wheelchair Access
ACROD parking spaces are located in the upper carpark (off West Road), at both the Terry White Chemmart Pharmacy entrance and the ANZ entrance.
Wheelchair and Mobility Scooter access to the centre is available via the upper main carpark (off West Road) and Whitfield Street entrance.
Wheelchair-friendly restrooms are located next to the Centre Management Office.
Please note that the travellator is not suitable for wheelchair or mobility scooter use. Please utilise the accessible entrances advised above.
Mobility Services
Hawaiian’s Bassendean offers wheelchair services which can be booked at the Centre Management Office. If you visit the centre regularly, we can arrange a recurring booking for you.
Mobility scooters are welcome in the Centre. We kindly ask guests using mobility scooters to operate them in a safe manner. They are not to be driven or used at a pace faster than walking pace.

A Taxi Rank at Hawaiian’s Bassendean is located outside Coles.
Post Box
An Australia Post Office Box is located at Australia Post near Coles.
Lost & Found
Lost and Found is located at the Centre Management Office. Coles also offers a Lost and Found service.
Pet Friendly
We understand dogs are part of the family.
We offer water bowls which are regularly replenished and dog lead mounts, located near the water fountain in front of Gloria Jeans / Subway.
Service dogs are welcome in Centre.
Photocopying
Photocopying can be purchased from Bassendean Chemmart.
