Next steps at Hawaiian’s Newpark

If you’ve visited Hawaiian’s Newpark recently, you would’ve seen a lot of activity as we enter the next phase of our exciting redevelopment project. You might’ve noticed upgrades to the ceilings (which are progressing well), work happening at our upgraded entry statements, the new bathroom facilities are on-track and soon we will see works commencing on those stores that are either relocating or joining Hawaiian’s Newpark.

We would, however, like to inform you about the next stage: the upcoming re-tiling of the centre’s floors.

Re-Tiling Schedule:

• Start Date: Week commencing 23rd September
• Completion Date: Mid-November
• Work Stages: The re-tiling will be carried out in stages to minimise disruption. The first stage will start at the Kim Hanh Jeweller entrance. To allow these works to be completed, we will need to remove the seating area located outside Wizard Pharmacy. This will be reinstated and the completion of these works.

While most of this work will be undertaken as part of night works, we may experience some disruption during the day as work areas are cordoned off for everyone’s safety.

We understand that these works may cause some inconvenience, and we appreciate your patience and cooperation during this period. Our team will make every effort to ensure that the disruptions are kept to a minimum and that the shopping centre remains accessible for both you and our retailers.

We are nearing the final stages of construction at Hawaiian’s Newpark. We will be sure to provide regular updates on new tenants joining the centre as soon as we are able.
