We’re in the final stages of construction!

You have likely seen the amazing progress that has been made at Hawaiian’s Newpark over the past few months. We are excited to say that the construction phase of the project is nearing completion.

The new Alfresco area is coming along in leaps and bounds. After a brief break, we’re thrilled to welcome back Subway in their new location. If you haven’t done so already, we encourage you to pay them a visit to see their beautiful new store.

There’s just a little more disruption as we upgrade paving at our entrances

As part of our final steps, we will be undertaking paving works to enhance the entry areas of the mall. This will involve the removal of existing paving and mall tiles at the entry points, followed by the installation of new paving, internal screed, and floor mats.

The works will take a staged approach from approximately 18 November:

• Central Entry – Monday 18 November
• South Entry – Friday 22 November
• North Entry –Wednesday 27 November

This will involve temporarily closing these entries for approximately 3 days per entry. We are working with our builders to minimise the impacts to both retailers and customers so please keep an eye on our website or social media pages for the latest updates.
