Want to bring the energy to your Saturday mornings? F45 Fitness Duncraig hold open days every Saturday, so Duncraig members remember you can bring a friend to train for FREE and get it done together. Non members: pop in to the 6:30am or &;35am sessions and you can also train for FREE! The vibes are high with their residential DJ Ado from anytimedjofficial providing the tunes every second Saturday, ensuring you will get your optimal pump on.
