A big thank you to everyone that joined the Hawaiian Team at our Family Fun Day 2008 at Movies by Burswood.

On Sunday, 20th January 2008, over 800 Hawaiian tenants, suppliers and partners attended the Hawaiian Family Fun Day held in the Movies by Burswood grounds. There was plenty of activities for the entire family, including 'Riding for the Disabled' pony rides, face painting, a butterfly stilt walker, a roving juggler, surf and dunking machines, animal farm, a Teacup ride and the Southern Cross Bush Band .

Hawaiian are partnering with Kareelya and Bankwest in the redevelopment of one of Bunbury's most familiar landmarks - the CBH "White Silos" - into a prestigious residential apartment, hotel and retail complex.Conversion of the “White Silos” into residential apartments (Stage 2) was completed in September 2007.

The iconic 'White Silos', the last remnants of Bunbury's old port facilities, will now remain as a landmark for future generations.

First Tower Fully Leased

Stage 1 of Bishops See is now fully leased following the commitment by an undisclosed party to lease the remaining two full floors.

An organisation, wishing to remain confidential, has agreed to a lease pre-commitment of approximately 4,188m2 on the first two floors of the heritage listed site on St Georges Terrace known as ‘Bishops See’.
