| Hawaiian joins WAAPA in new sponsorship initiative

Four of Hawaiian's suburban shopping centres are set to take centre stage with a sponsorship that has been initiated between Hawaiian and the WA Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA).
The Park Shopping Centre in Victoria Park, Bassendean Shopping Village, Noranda Shopping Village, and The Mezz in Mount Hawthorn will soon have the opportunity to work with students from WAAPA’s various artistic departments during school holidays. Theatrical performances and exhibitions are planned for the centres.
The sponsorship will provide financial support for theatre productions that the Academy undertakes during the year, as well as a cash component of $10,000 in prize money offered to outstanding students across various disciplines offered by WAAPA.
