| Claremont Quarter Stage 2 On Track

Stage 2 of Claremont Quarter, the joint development between Hawaiian and Brookfield, is progressing, with completion on track for early next year.
The launch of Claremont Quarter Stage 2 will see the return of key tenant David Jones.
David Jones will be complimented by a new food precinct, with restaurants and cafes lining the pedestrian-only laneway linking Gugeri Street and St Quentin Avenue.
The food precinct will feed into a new “Town Square” – an ambient open space just off St Quentin Avenue which will allow special events.
Hawaiian’s General Manager of Investment, Evan Briers, said information regarding tenants confirmed for Stage 2 of Claremont Quarter will be released towards the end of the year.
