| Industrial Landmark transformed to luxury residences with Stage 2 complete at Bunbury Silos

 The completed “White Silos” conversion includes 21 luxury residential apartments, a new lounge bar and Escape Day Spa outlet together with an undercover heated pool complex. The Silos conversion follows on from the retail precinct situated in the Market Square which also includes 18 residential units (Stage 1).
Stage 3, being the final stage of the project, brings on an adjoining 64 room 4.5 star hotel managed by the Stella Hospitality Group (branded as a Mantra Hotel, which is now Australia’s largest single hotel brand with 63 properties Australia-wide) and 25 residential apartments prior to Christmas, 2008.
The Silos site is the gateway to the vibrant Marlston Hill area that offers substantial lifestyle benefits comparable to any international resort town, including marina access, luxury apartments, and substantial food, beverage and entertainment offerings on Bunbury’s high street strip Victoria Avenue which has been rejuvenated to encompass cinemas, restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping centres.
