| Iconic retailers commit to Carillon City

Carillon City has secured its position as one of Perth’s prime retail destinations following the recent lease renewal commitments from several of its long-standing retailers.
Jointly owned by Hawaiian and Brookfield Multiplex and located in the heart of the Perth CBD, the Carillon City Shopping Centre is frequented on a regular basis by CBD workers looking for a convenient lunch-time meal and those shopping within the Perth City area.
Retailers renewing lease agreements at the Centre within the last month include Sassellas Bar & Bistro, House of Ernest, Four Seasons, Koro Fine Australian Jewellery, Mallabones Luggage & Leather and Mazzucchellis Jewellers.
The Centre’s recent lease renewal agreements have paved the way for upgrades and enhancements to existing tenancy fit-outs.
The iconic Sassellas Bar & Bistro is currently undergoing a major refurbishment which involves a complete overhaul of the tavern to make way for a contemporary new interior space.
Koro Fine Australian Jewellery will relocate within the Centre to a larger, newly refurbished store featuring contemporary displays and a spacious sales area, and the Mazzucchellis Jewellers store on the Hay Street level is also set to undergo an expansion.
