Hawaiian’s latest property, a nine-level office tower known as 235 St Georges Terrace, is now complete with its tenants KPMG, Macquarie Bank, WorleyParsons, and Hawaiian all occupying this state-of-the-art building.
The development of 235 St Georges Terrace was a joint venture project between Hawaiian and Brookfield Multiplex, and is the first commercial building in WA to achieve a 5 Star Green Star office design rating.

The building boasts a number of ‘green’ features as part of the Green Star rating compliance including better air and lighting quality, amenities which allow for reduced water and energy usage, waste water recycling, onsite facilities such as bicycle racks and change rooms, along with environmentally friendly office finishes, paints and carpets that reduce the use of volatile organic compounds.
Other features of the building include a café situated in the ground floor lobby known as ‘Barista 235’, which is owned by renowned restaurateur and ‘foodie’, Kate Lamont, along with the upgraded heritage-listed Bishops House and Bishop See gardens, which were originally occupied by Perth’s first Anglican Bishop.
