| Final release of Claremont Residences to launch in late September

Registrations of interest are currently being accepted for Claremont Residences Stage Two, with settlement not expected until mid-2011.
A mix of one, two and three-bedroom residences will be available for purchase, along with a limited selection of four-bedroom penthouses. Prices are expected to range from $735,000 for a one-bedroom apartment to in excess of $3.5 million for a four-bedroom penthouse.
Stage two of the Multiplex and Hawaiian joint venture project follows the enormously successful first stage, which saw all 48 apartments sell off-the-plan in less than two days in May.
