With 50 Pitt Street being the first existing commercial building in New South Wales to be awarded a 4 Star Greenstar office design rating by the Green Building Council Australia for its recent refurbishment, Wood McKenzie is now set to enjoy the benefits.

The company has moved its Sydney office of 30 staff to Level 13 at 50 Pitt Street, having committed to a seven year lease with Hawaiian.
