Bishops See is first to achieve 5 Star Greenstar rating

In a first for new property developments in Western Australia, the south tower of Bishops See has just been awarded a 5 Star Greenstar office design rating by the Green Building Council Australia.
The south tower, being Stage 1 of the Bishops See development, comprises a nine level office tower totalling 18,000 m2 and is set for completion in early 2009.
The tower’s success in achieving the first 5 Star Greenstar office design rating for a commercial property in Perth is good news after its earlier success in gaining 100% in precommitted leases late last year.
