The Perth office of audit, tax and advisory firm, KPMG has agreed to a lease precommitment of approximately 7,000m² on the historic St George’s Terrace site known as “The Bishops See”, which is being jointly developed by Hawaiian and Multiplex.
KPMG has signed a 10 year lease agreement with 2 5 year options and will move from their current location in Central Park to occupy their new premises in December 2008.
For KPMG this is a key decision reflecting much more than simply accommodation requirements.
