Furthermore, with a significant depth to our strong property capabilities, Hawaiian is in a position to add value to a project beyond purely financial support.
The investment provided can be structured to achieve the objectives of all involved parties, with the form of investment ranging from Mezzanine Loans (2nd mortgage or collateral security) through to joint venture equity.
