Purchasing The Colonnade in 2005, Hawaiian identified the need for the outdated Centre to undergo a major transformation. The subsequent redevelopment saw the addition of major commercial tenant Newmont Asia Pacific on Levels one and two of the building, plus international health club Fitness First operating from the ground level. Commercial tenancies were included on a redefined York Street frontage with the quality retail fashion stores relocated to the perimeter of the building on the Hay and Catherine Streets. |
