Ottimo is a joint-venture mixed-use development project between Hawaiian and Match Group that will see 23 apartments and 3 strata offices  in the newly activated laneways of New Northbridge.

With large expanses of glass that stretch over five metres high in some apartments, natural light is used efficiently and effectively to create atmosphere as well as promote sustainability. The interior also incorporates stone benchtops, Bosch appliances with gas cooktop and full height tiling in the bathrooms.

Ottimo is located on Serich Lane, which is a quietly located between Aberdeen and Newcastle Streets.  South facing apartments have city views while those facing north enjoy the winter warmth from the sun.

The Ottimo project forms part of the part of the East Perth Redevelopment Authority (EPRA) rejuvenation of Northbridge. The apartments are now selling off-the-plan with many already being sold.

The project is due for completion in 2009 and is set to achieve an end value of in excess of $14 million.
