Hawaiian - Claremont Residences

Claremont Residences are the residential component of the mixed use development project of the existing Claremont Arcade site by Hawaiian and Multiplex.

The overall redevelopment will see a mixed use development encompassing 30,000m² of retail shops over 2 levels, in addition to 79 residential apartments, 600 squares of commercial offices and 1500 car spaces.

A total of 79 apartments will be built in two stages featuring stunning high quality interior spaces, with generously-sized living areas extending to spacious outdoor terraces.

Residents will enjoy access to a private, oasis-style outdoor area with a pool, decking and landscaping.

Some apartments will enjoy river views, while others will front on to the luxury outdoor pool area.

The first stage of Claremont Residences saw all 48 luxury apartments sell in less than two days, with prices ranging from $685,000 to 3.6 million.

Construction has commenced on the first stage of the redevelopment, comprising of Stage 1 of the apartments and the initial retail component, due for completion mid-2009.

Stage 2 of Claremont Residences saw 29 luxury apartments sell out on the morning of the release. Stage 2 is due for completion mid-2011.
