Hawaiian - Claremont Residences

Claremont Residences is the residential component of the mixed use development project entitled Claremont Quarter, being jointly developmed by Hawaiian and Brookfield.

The overall redevelopment will see a mixed use development encompassing 30,000m² of retail shops over 2 levels, in addition to 79 residential apartments, 600 squares of commercial offices and 1500 car spaces.

A total of 79 apartments are being built in two stages, featuring stunning high quality interior spaces, with generously-sized living areas extending to spacious outdoor terraces.

Residents will enjoy access to a private, oasis-style outdoor area with a pool, decking and landscaping.

Some apartments enjoy river views, while others front on to the luxury outdoor pool area.

The first stage of Claremont Residences saw all 48 luxury apartments sell in less than two days. Stage 2 of Claremont Residences saw 29 luxury apartments sell out on the morning of the release.

The first stage of the redevelopment comprising of Stage 1 of the apartments and the initial retail component is now complete, with Stage 2 is due for completion mid-2011.
