The Millington Road Development Plan will see master planning and subdivision of an 8ha site adjoining the prestigious Cable Beach Club Resort.
The Plan includes a mixed use commercial and residential development in keeping with the 'Broome Style' of achitecture that will provide a shaded, pedestrian friendly tourist precinct.
The plan has now recieved Council approval to proceed forward with advertising that invites public comment.
