Project Name: |
235 St Georges Terrace |
| Description: |
The development of 235 St Georges Terrace was a joint venture project between Hawaiian and Brookfield Multiplex, and is the first commercial Building in WA to achieve a 5 Star Green Star office design rating.
Situated at the western Build of Perth’s CBD, the building occupies a prime location at one of the city’s major intersections and provides impressive views across the gardens and towards the Swan River.
The building boasts a number of ‘green’ features as part of the Green Star rating compliance including better air and lighting quality, amenities which allow for reduced water and energy usage, waste water recycling, onsite facilities such as bicycle racks and change rooms, along with environmentally friendly office finishes, paints and carpets that reduce the use of volatile organic compounds.
