Hawaiian's strong partnerships with a range of Arts organisations enables Hawaiian to facilitate local communities' engagement with WA's diverse Arts community.
Hawaiian has also initiated the Hawaiian Alive program which offers school teachers throughout the Perth metropolitan area the chance to enter to win free, unique and exclusive excursions and activities to facilitate their students’ potential in the areas of the Arts, sport, music, personal development and life skills.

- The demonstration of how the organisation and/or activity encourages positive change within the community
- A strategic, considered approach to implementing the proposal
- A vision for long-term, positive development
- Hawaiian's potential ongoing relationship with joint sponsors
- The organisation's accountability to Hawaiian

Hawaiian CEO Russell Gibbs has been actively involved with the Australia Business Arts Foundation (AbaF)
since 2006. As an AbaF national councillor he is a champion and advocate for the business benefits of connections with the arts.
